Almost 180 children leave every year the walls of one of the tree modern kindergarten places. They are very good prepared for the beginning of the study. The education base of the commune create nowadays two elementary schools (in Kleszczów and Łękińsko) and a gymnasium in Kleszczów. The students have for their disposal a full equipped didactic rooms, opportunity to develop their interests during the different extra school activities, an attractive offer of the winter and summer relaxation organized by the commune. Importnant support for the students living on the territory of the district is the commune stipendium support program established in 2003.
During 3 years there will be established in the commune a modern didactic and recreation complex, where the gymnasium will have its seat. Here will also be established the comprehensive school and a boarding will enable the use of the sport infrastructure together with indoor swimming pool and sport places through the whole year.
Due to the "Development Strategy of the Kleszczów Commune" one of the most important targets of the municipal government are the educational activities "increasing the quality of the human capital". From here takes its source the rich training and course offer being initiated by the Foundation for the Development of Kleszczów Commune and the Regional Development Agency "Arreks" S.A. Therefore from here the interest and assistance of the municipality in lunch of the Outsider Didactic Center of the Łódź Polytechnic, where can study the students from Kleszczów and another parishes of the Bełchatów district.
